Policies
Thank you for choosing Shirley Borrelli to assist you with your image
needs. Services and programs are paid in advance. The following policies
affect all items whether paid in full or on those on a payment plan.
Refunds
No refunds apply. We would, however, like the opportunity to make it right and keep you as a satisfied customer. Options will be discussed with each
isolated case. Please contact info@shirleyborrelli.com for more information.
Change of date
We will gladly reschedule your appointment if 48 hours notice is given.
Missed Appointments or No Shows
Will not be rescheduled. In case of emergency, please contact Shirley directly by calling or texting 780.235.5506.
Late Appointments
Your appointment will still end at the scheduled time. Your results may be compromised by the tardiness.
After 30 minutes, if you have not arrived, the appointment will be cancelled. No refunds apply. The appointment will not be rescheduled.
Gift Certificates and/or Gift Cards
Gift Certificates are non-refundable but may be used towards an alternate service as long as that service is completed by the deadline on the certificate.
Certificates will not be redeemed for their cash value. Should a scheduled appointment to redeem the certificate be a no-show, or incorrect address
information was given, the certificate will be void and no refund will be issued. All above policies apply.
Do-it-Yourself products
These products are online downloadable or in some cases, access to a secret website to work through your DIY product.
There is no personal nor private time with Shirley. We guarantee delivery of the product and access to the program.
We reserve the right to discontinue access to the program or to download the product within 12 months of purchase.
Proof of purchase is required. These programs/products are copyright protected and therefore are intended for the sole use of the one purchaser and
therefore should not be shared. All rights are reserved and violators to the policy will be prosecuted.
